Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were good size, very clean, and comfy, although I was a bit surprised to find someone else's hair on the bed. Also, the room was noisy due to the nearby highway, which was a downside. On the bright side, the location was very convenient to visit Medieval Times.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room, while nice and well-laid out, suffered from noise due to its proximity to the freeway. Despite being slightly smaller than expected, it was bright and pleasant. The service was good overall, but I was a bit disappointed that they didn't assist with luggage considering the charges. However, the room service was great, although the policy on laundry was a drawback. The location was not as central as I would have liked, but the free shuttle service to attractions helped mitigate this. The dining options were varied and enjoyable, with some exceptional dishes. The facilities were decent, but not outstanding.
The hotel had a few positives like the cozy rooms with no blinding sunlight and some negatives such as small room size and AC issues. The service was a mix of warm welcomes and neglectful attitudes. Despite some rude staff members, there were a few helpful ones. The location wasn't the most appealing, being a bit far from the action with cleanliness issues. The dining options were limited and pricey, but the quality was top-notch.
